Scope of Services. The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

Scope of Services. Contractor agrees to provide all of the services described in Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.

The State and the Engineer will furnish items and perform those services for fulfillment of the contract as identified in Attachment B, Services to be Provided by the State and Attachment C, Services to be Provided by the Engineer. The scope of services to be provided by BNYM under this Agreement shall not be increased as a result of new or revised regulatory or other requirements that may become applicable with respect to the Company, unless the parties hereto expressly agree in writing to any such increase. BNYM shall not be obligated to develop or implement Upgrades, but to the extent it elects to do so Section 3.1 shall apply.

Scope of Services. 2.01.1 In consideration of the payments specified in this Agreement, Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, permits, parts, expendable items, material, and supplies necessary to perform the services described in Exhibit “B”.
